About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Ready Meals, this newly dedicated 12 month max-term contract will play a critical part in delivering a major business transformation initiative, working across Marketing, Innovation, PMO, Sales and Supply Chain. If you're highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing complex projects, and love bringing teams together to achieve outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. Your key duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Coordinate delivery of the Ready Meals Transformation Program, ensuring marketing and commercial activities are executed effectively.
Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies and action plans to achieve critical deliverables.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation, reporting and governance processes.
Coordinate packaging and artwork development across multiple brands from brief through to implementation.
Manage artwork approval workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer and brand requirements.
Liaise with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver packaging changes on schedule.
Act as the key link between Marketing, Innovation, PMO, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
Support product launch and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.
Identify, manage and mitigate project risks while ensuring all marketing deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Other ad hoc duties as per directed.

About You
You are a highly organised project professional with strong commercial awareness and a passion for execution.
You'll bring:

Proven experience in project management, product execution or marketing project roles.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume deliverables.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
Experience working with external agencies.
