Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed Bachelor of Business or Commerce (Accounting).
- Studying or near completion of CA/CPA.
- 2+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting
- Experienced in servicing SME clients and high net worth individuals, and you’re a gun at preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts.
- Intermediate to advanced software skills in accounting packages and Microsoft Office.
- Relationship-driven leader dedicated to building the capability and empowerment of colleagues.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Direct management of client portfolio will be viewed favourably.

Role responsibilities
The role will allow you to showcase your skills, with client facing opportunities and the chance to be a part of our strategic business service offering.
- Technical responsibilities including the preparation of financial accounts and income tax returns, providing tax planning recommendations, identifying tax issues, and applying expertise in Div 7A, FBT, and CGT.
- Active involvement in strategic management accounting tools and advice to support our growing client base.
- Contributes to the development of Graduate Accountants through on-the-job coaching.
