DMP RUNDLE PLACE PTY LTD is one of Australia’s rapidly expanding Asian hospitality group brand, specialising in authentic Sichuan-style Malatang and dry pot cuisine milk tea stores and skewers stores.Operating across multiple Australian states, the brand continues to experience strong growth within the multicultural dining market. Our South Australian operation functions as the state master franchise partner, responsible not only for retail operations but also for regional brand expansion, franchise growth, local market development, and strategic partnership initiatives throughout South Australia.As part of our next stage of commercial growth, we are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Marketing Specialist to support brand expansion and franchise development activities within the South Australian market.

About The Role

This position is designed for a candidate who understands the importance of local market engagement, consumer behaviour analysis, and brand positioning within Australia’s highly competitive hospitality industry.Rather than focusing solely on traditional advertising activities, this role will contribute directly to the company’s regional expansion strategy, franchise promotion initiatives, customer acquisition activities, and multi-channel brand exposure across South Australia.The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to strengthen market presence, improve customer engagement, and support ongoing franchise growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in implementing local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and commercial visibility throughout South Australia

-Support franchise development activities by coordinating promotional campaigns targeting potential business partners and local operators

-Monitor local consumer trends, competitor activity, and dining behaviour to identify emerging commercial opportunities

-Coordinate digital marketing exposure across social media, delivery platforms, and multicultural community channels

-Contribute to customer engagement strategies aimed at increasing repeat visitation and brand loyalty

-Assist with promotional planning for new store launches, partnership campaigns, and regional expansion activities

-Liaise with universities, community organisations, commercial partners, and event operators to improve market reach

-Support management with marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, and market feedback collection

-Participate in the development of locally tailored brand content suitable for the Australian market environment

-Assist in strengthening the company’s positioning within South Australia’s growing Asian food and franchise sector

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should ideally possess:

•Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, retail, franchise operations, or customer-focused business environments

•Understanding of multicultural consumer markets and digital engagement strategies

•Strong communication and organisational skills

•Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced business environment

•Experience with social media platforms, promotional coordination, or customer engagement activities

•Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities within competitive markets

•Mandarin language capability is advantageous due to the company’s customer demographic and supplier communication requirements
