We are seeking a friendly individual to join our customer service team who will be the face of our business, taking orders from customers face-to-face and over the phone. You will be processing payment and handing out orders correctly to customers and Uber Eats Delivery Partners.

We are looking for someone who can:
work well under pressure (as we get very busy)
work autonomously and apart of a team
multitask and coordinate
great attention to detail
work nights and weekends (must be reliable as we are a small team)
maintain a good relationship with customers and Uber Eats Delivery Partners.
Customer service experience is required in a hospitality environment and previous exposure to the Uber Eats restaurant platform is desired.
The successful candidate will need to be dedicated, clean, well presented, have passion for hospitality, and work well in a team environment.
Customer focus and team work is a large part of our culture and therefore must be consistent in your work ethic. You must be motivated individual and be willing to work nights as we are open from 5-10pm Tuesday-Sunday.
