Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Leadership
Define annual and long-term strategic plans
Translate strategy into quarterly execution priorities
Lead planning, forecasting, and QSR processes
Align commercial, operational, and product priorities
Financial & Commercial Leadership
Own full P&L performance including:
Revenue growth
Profitability
Pricing strategy
Customer retention
Working capital
Operational efficiency
Growth & Go-To-Market Leadership
Review and strengthen GTM architecture
Improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
Drive enterprise growth initiatives
Strengthen partnerships
Scale Professional Services capability
Improve customer value articulation and proof-based selling approaches
Product, Technology & AI Leadership
The successful leader is not expected to be a technical architect. However, they must demonstrate:

Credibility with product and technical teams

Lead distributed teams across Australia and India

Candidate Profile:
Required Experience
Previous CEO or General Manager experience
Demonstrated full P&L ownership
Experience scaling technology businesses approximately from $5M–$15M+
Strong SaaS and recurring revenue understanding
Experience leading cross-functional organizations
Preferred Experience
Enterprise software exposure
AI transformation experience
APAC exposure
Portfolio or decentralized operating environments
Martech, Adtech, Call Analytics, or adjacent industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
Demonstrated success scaling technology businesses is considered significantly more important than industry specialization.
Demonstrated ability to translate product and technical capabilities into measurable customer value and commercial outcomes is highly valued.
